Frequently Asked Questions

Two figures matter with a touring caravan: the mass in running order and the maximum laden weight. The towing capacity stated on your vehicle's registration document must exceed both. Our compact models are light enough for many passenger cars; wider-bodied models require a vehicle with a higher towing capacity. Tell us the make and model of your car and we will tell you exactly which of our caravans suit it.
It varies with the model and equipment you choose. We share our average delivery time with you during the consultation, once your order is confirmed.
A category B licence limits the trailer weight you may tow; combinations above that limit require a category BE licence. We assess the weight of the model you like together with the weight of your car and tell you which licence is sufficient. Setting off in the wrong category matters to us too.
Our caravans are delivered with a 2-year full manufacturer warranty and a 5-year water-tightness warranty.
Berth capacity varies by model. Our compact models are generally laid out for two. Models with folding or fixed bunks sleep up to four; in wider-bodied models the seating area converts into a bed, which can raise that number. Tell us how many of you travel and we will pick the right layout together.
Yes. With four-season insulation and tank-heating options, our caravans are suitable for winter use.
It comes down to how you use the caravan. If you usually travel as a couple and value comfort, a fixed bed is the right choice — nothing to set up each evening. If children or guests join you from time to time, folding bunks give you flexibility: they fold out when needed and disappear when they are not, leaving the interior space to you.
Of course. In the Design Your Own section you can select add-on packages and turn your configuration into a quote request.
Compared with sheet metal and timber cladding, GRP stands out in three ways: it does not rust, it flexes rather than dents on impact, and it has low thermal conductivity. Combined with a polyurethane-filled sandwich panel structure, it reduces heat transfer to almost nothing. A body clad in GRP on all four sides keeps summer heat and winter cold outside, which is what makes the caravan usable all year round.
Yes, we provide service and spare parts support through our own production facility.
We use imported lightweight marine poplar plywood. Marine plywood resists moisture and saves weight — which feeds straight back into towing performance. Soft-close mechanisms, damped hinges and locking handles are standard on the doors, so you will not have cupboards flying open from vibration on the road.
That depends on your battery capacity and your consumption. The 12 V circuit in your caravan feeds the lighting, water pump, control panel and USB/Type-C sockets, and works without mains power. High-consumption appliances such as the fridge and heater shorten the time. You can monitor the battery from the voltage gauge on the control panel, and a solar top-up extends this considerably on longer stays.
