4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation, and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms — and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected by automated and partly automated means through the contact and quote forms on our website, and by e-mail, telephone and face-to-face meetings.
6. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above, to the suppliers whose services we use (hosting, e-mail, logistics), to authorised public institutions and to legal advisers. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
