Our commitment to build every caravan to the same measurable standard, within the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and CE conformity.
Quality is not a marketing heading for us but a set of rules we apply on the production line every day. We have set those rules down in writing within the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and the CE conformity framework.
Our Commitments
- No compromise on materials. GRP for the body, 35-density polyurethane for the filling, imported lightweight marine poplar plywood for the furniture. Cost pressure is not a reason for us to change these items.
- Working with specialist suppliers. For heating, cooling, windows, doors and chassis groups we choose brands that have proven their quality.
- Testing every product. The caravans we build pass the tests required in Turkey and abroad, and carry Turkish and European ministry approvals.
- Guaranteeing water-tightness. We give a 5-year warranty against water ingress — the concrete expression of our confidence in our production standard.
- Keeping spare parts going. A 10-year spare parts assurance means we plan for the caravan you buy to have a long life.
- Taking feedback seriously. Every report from the field is an input to the next production batch.
Continuous Improvement
Our quality management system is built not around finding and fixing faults after the event, but around preventing them from recurring. Every non-conformity identified during production, assembly and final inspection is recorded and its root cause eliminated.
