Avcı Karavan is built upon a production history active in the automotive sector since 1980. At our facility in the Afyonkarahisar Organised Industrial Zone we produce caravans, chassis and trailers.
What do our certificates mean?
The CE mark declares that the product complies with the European Union's relevant health, safety and environmental requirements. Whether or not you intend to take your caravan to Europe, this conformity defines the framework of our production standard.
ISO 9001:2015, on the other hand, is a certificate of the production process rather than of the product itself. Having it defined which job is done in which order and through which check means that the next caravan will also come out at the same quality.
Our warranty coverage
- 2-year manufacturer's warranty — defects arising from manufacturing are covered.
- 5-year water-tightness warranty — the period we stand behind on water ingress, the most critical long-term risk in caravans.
- 10-year spare parts guarantee — your vehicle continues to be supported years later.
Why do we use brand components?
The parts that wear most over a caravan's service life are the moving and plumbing components. That is why we choose well-known industry brands: KNOTT and AL-KO for chassis and axles, Thetford for cooling and cooking, Truma for heating, CBE for electrical control, Fiamma for the water pump, and Hartal, MPK and Berhimi for doors and windows.
There is a single practical reason for this: spare parts availability. When a part needs replacing years later, it is much easier to find the part of a widespread brand.
